Privacy Policy
Clear information about using this website and contacting the team.
Who this notice covers
This notice explains how the THE PROMOTERS website team handles website inquiries and related communications. For operator and contracting information, or a privacy question, contact briefs@thepromoters.biz. This website is intended for adult business and project inquiries.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry topic and message. Company and phone are optional. We receive the information you choose to include in correspondence. Do not send payment card details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal data through the website.
Why we use it
We use your details to review and answer your request, discuss requirements, prepare requested project or quotation information and manage related service correspondence. Where applicable, this is to take steps you request before a contract, perform an agreement or pursue legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting the website. The required checkbox records your acknowledgement of this notice and request for a reply; it is not a marketing subscription.
Service emails
We may email you about your inquiry, requested quotations, agreed project steps, scheduling, invoices where applicable and support replies. We do not add form submitters to marketing lists. Read the Service Emails page for details. You may ask to change the channel used for your request.
Service providers and disclosure
The website hosting and email service providers process the information needed to operate the website and deliver correspondence. We do not sell inquiry details. We share project details with a supplier or collaborator only when needed for the agreed request, and discuss a relevant introduction where appropriate. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legitimate rights. Provider processing may occur outside your location; contact us to discuss information about the providers used for your request.
Retention
Ordinary website inquiries and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry closes, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a legal requirement or ongoing dispute requires longer retention. Contract, invoice and accounting records are handled separately for applicable obligations. The team manages deletion from its mailbox; the website does not automatically delete emails. Short-lived anti-abuse counters are pruned after approximately one day; necessary form sessions expire after approximately one hour. Hosting security logs follow the host’s operational retention.
Cookies and security
The contact form uses a necessary, secure session cookie to protect against forged submissions. The cookie expires when the browser session ends. Brief-builder selections are not uploaded until you send a form. We do not embed advertising trackers, analytics, third-party maps, social widgets or externally hosted fonts in these pages. Hosting logs may include IP address, time, browser information and requested URL for operation and security. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Email briefs@thepromoters.biz to request access, correction, deletion or a change to your contact details. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive portable data or complain to the relevant authority. We may need proportionate identity verification. A team member reviews support and rights requests; we do not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website or handling practices change. The current version is available here. Updated 16 October 2026.
