Using this website
These terms cover the THE PROMOTERS website and its inquiry tools. Contact briefs@thepromoters.biz for business, operator and contracting details before entering an agreement. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Information and inquiries
An inquiry does not reserve a venue, crew, performer or date. Availability, supplier responsibilities, budgets and fees require a written proposal. Sending a form is a request for discussion. It does not create a contract, place an order, reserve availability or confirm a delivery date. Specific services, responsibilities, quotations, taxes, currency, payment, cancellation and delivery conditions must be agreed in a separate written proposal or contract. Any agreed USD quotation applies only to the scope described.
Planning tools and imagery
Interactive plans, sample workflows and concept images are illustrative discussion aids. They do not replace a site survey, professional assessment, technical specification or review of applicable requirements. Results should be reviewed with the relevant project team before acting on them. No client project, certification or completed engagement is implied by illustrative imagery.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content, private credentials, card details or sensitive personal information. Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access or use the form to send unsolicited messages.
Content and external information
Website text, original design and visuals may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website to evaluate a potential inquiry, but may not misrepresent its content as your own.
